Welcome to St. Elizabeth of Hungary Roman Catholic Church
Cooks with Collars
Don't forget to vote for our very own Father Pendzick and his soft ginger cookies. I can personally attest that they are delicious. Click the "Cooks with Collars" button to the right or below to cast your vote for the culinary delights here at St. Elizabeth.
For anyone receiving an e-mail or text message asking for gift cards or monetary help from Fr. Pendzick, Fr. Joji or Deacon Mike - they are very personalized scam messages. Please ignore them - do not reply - DO NOT send them any money or gift cards.
If you have already done so please contact your credit card company or bank to stop payment immediately. We are aware that this message is going out from a bogus e-mail (pastorjohn.sercc.@gmail.com) however we have no way to stop it at this time.
Thank you, God Bless and please pray for this individual who feels that lying and cheating innocent people is justifiable.
Message to our Parishioners
January 4, 2021
Morning Mass is held in the main church at 9:00 am Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. Thursday evening Mass is at 7 pm. Weekend Masses are 4:30 pm and Sunday at 8:00 am and 10:00 am. Church has been and will continue to be open daily from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm for private prayer.
We will be seating up to seat 50% of the church capacity or 450 people at each Mass. This well exceeds the normal Mass attendance so you should be able to find a seat. For now please sit in the pews that are roped off.
Know that the entire parish is in our prayers during these difficult times!
God does not distance Himself from us...rather, He loves us and is intimately close!
If anyone is in need of prayers, confession or the last rites, please contact the emergency mailbox on the parish phone message. We will be notified and will return your call ASAP to see what we can do.
If you would like to donate to help those in need please mail checks made out to St Elizabeth to 618 Fullerton Ave, Whitehall, PA 18052 - marked those in need.
Please continue to support the parish through regular contributions. Thank you to all those who continue to send checks directly to the parish and who have signed up for online giving. We appreciate your generous support. Anyone wishing to donate electronically may do so by clicking this link Ways to Give
God Bless you and keep you safe.

We're Glad You've Found Us
St. Elizabeth of Hungary Parish is deep-rooted in our faith in Jesus Christ and in our devotion to his Church. As Catholics we are part of the profound and rich Christian tradition that unites us with all our brothers and sisters around the world in “one Lord, one faith, and one baptism…” (Eph. 4,5) The Eucharist is at the center of all we do because Jesus is at the center of all we do. We faithfully serve Him and as His disciples reach out to all people with the Good News that Jesus is risen!
We welcome you and as you explore our webpage we hope you are able to find the information you seek. But the One you seek, that we all seek, is Jesus! Come and join us for Mass sometime and experience His loving and merciful presence.
