The Knights of Columbus is a fraternal benefit society dedicated to providing charitable services, promoting Catholic education and actively defending Catholicism in various nations. As well as their charitable and spiritual activities, the Knights join together in fellowship for Golf Tournaments, spaghetti dinners, etc. The men of the parish are members of the Calvary Council # 528 Knights of Columbus meeting at 1519 W. Greenleaf Street in Allentown. Calvary Council # 528 meets the second Monday of the month at 7:30. Additionally, the men of St. Elizabeth also meet on the 3rd Monday of the month in the Church Large Meeting Room at 7:30 to join together in prayer and fellowship in a parish setting.

St. Elizabeth Women's Group
The St. Elizabeth Women's Group meets on the 2nd & 4th Sunday of each month to pray, sing, discover, unite and make a difference in our lives and the lives of those we are called to serve through the imitation of our patroness, Saint Elizabeth of Hungary.
The Golden Agers is a very active social club for Senior Citizens over 55, meeting monthly for fellowship and sponsoring several bus trips throughout the year. Click here for more information and scheduled trips.
Toastmasters is a worldwide organization whose goal is to improve public speaking and communication skills, which ultimately improves self-confidence. St. Elizabeth has their own chapter open to men and women of the parish.
Adult Softball Leagure
St. Elizabeth has a slo-pitch softball team that plays Sunday night double-headers.
The St Elizabeth Regional School hosts several dances and "A Nite at the Races" in the spring.
